We collect information you choose to provide, including your name, email address, telephone number, organization, service interests, messages, newsletter preferences, booking information, and other details submitted through forms, chat, email, or scheduling tools. Job applicants may also provide résumés, letters of interest, and employment-related information through their selected email provider.
We also collect limited technical and usage information, such as a randomly generated session identifier, pages viewed, buttons or links selected, referring page, campaign parameters, approximate device category, browser information, IP address, and timestamps. Our service providers may collect cookies, pixels, or similar identifiers.
How we use information
We use information to respond to inquiries; provide and improve services; schedule meetings; process newsletter subscriptions, downloads, webinar interest, and job applications; maintain our website and dashboard; measure website performance; prevent fraud and abuse; protect our systems; comply with law; and communicate about services or resources when permitted.
We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for these purposes, our legitimate business records, dispute resolution, security, and legal obligations. Retention periods vary by the nature of the information.
How we disclose information
We may disclose information to vendors that help us operate the website and business, including Supabase for database and authentication services, GoHighLevel for customer relationship management, scheduling and chat, website hosting providers and Resend for infrastructure and email delivery, and analytics or advertising providers such as Microsoft Clarity, LinkedIn, and Meta. These providers process information under their own terms and privacy practices.
We may also disclose information to professional advisers, regulators, law enforcement, courts, or other parties when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect rights and safety, investigate misuse, or complete a merger, financing, reorganization, or transfer of business assets.
We do not exchange personal information for money. Some advertising or analytics disclosures may be considered “selling,” “sharing,” or targeted advertising under certain state privacy laws.
Cookies, analytics, and advertising
The site and its providers may use local storage, cookies, pixels, and similar technologies to remember settings, operate features, understand visits, and measure advertising. The site’s first-party analytics does not record activity when the browser sends a Do Not Track signal. Third-party services may respond to privacy signals according to their own policies.
You can limit cookies through your browser and use the privacy controls offered by LinkedIn, Meta, Microsoft, and other providers. Blocking technologies may affect certain site features. We do not currently respond uniformly to every browser-based opt-out signal.

You may unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in the message. Depending on where you live and subject to legal exceptions, you may request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of personal information, or ask to limit or opt out of certain processing, targeted advertising, sale, or sharing.

You may use an authorized agent where permitted by law. We will not discriminate against you for exercising applicable privacy rights. You may appeal a denied request by replying to our decision with “Privacy Appeal” in the subject line.
Data security and international processing
We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information, including access controls and additional verification for the private dashboard. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Information may be processed in the United States or other locations where our providers operate. Those locations may have different privacy laws from your place of residence.

Text Messaging Privacy Policy and SMS Terms
Grow Your Occupancy, LLC | Effective September 23, 2026
This policy covers text exchanges used for senior living mystery shops and sales skills assessments. A Grow Your Occupancy shopper may respond when a sales representative texts an assessment number. We use those exchanges to evaluate the sales experience, not to market to the representative.
How we collect your information
We receive information when a sales representative sends a text to an assessment number and through subsequent replies. If someone gives consent verbally during a related conversation, we may record that consent. The SMS exchange itself does not collect website browsing data or use cookies.
What information we collect
We may receive the sending phone number, a name or other details included in a message, the content of incoming and outgoing texts, and dates, times, and delivery details. We do not request actual prospective residents’ financial or health information, although a sender may include information we did not request.
How we use your information
We use it to respond to the incoming message, coordinate a conversation or appointment when relevant, document the exchange, evaluate responsiveness and sales communication, prepare the assessment, and answer questions about its findings. We do not use these numbers or messages for marketing texts.
How and why we share information
Grow Your Occupancy personnel and assigned shoppers access exchanges to perform the assessment. The client organization may receive relevant messages and evaluation findings to review its sales process. Our messaging providers and carriers process numbers and messages to deliver the texts and operate the service. We may disclose information if required by law. We do not sell text message information.
Mobile opt-in, SMS consent, and phone numbers collected for SMS communication purposes will not be shared with any third party or affiliates for marketing purposes.
Retention and contact
We limit access to people who need the information for these purposes and keep records as needed to complete the assessment and meet our business record retention needs. For privacy questions, email success@growyouroccupancy.com.
SMS Terms and Conditions
1. SMS consent communication. Phone numbers obtained through the SMS consent process are not shared with third parties for marketing. Mobile opt-in, SMS consent, and phone numbers collected for SMS communication purposes will not be shared with any third party or affiliates for marketing purposes.
2. Types of SMS communications. If you consent to receive texts from Grow Your Occupancy, LLC, messages may include replies to an incoming text, conversation follow-up, and appointment or tour coordination related to the mystery shop. For example: “Thanks for following up. Thursday afternoon works for a tour.”
3. Message frequency. Frequency varies with the conversation. We do not send recurring marketing texts through this program.
4. Potential fees. Message and data rates may apply under your carrier plan; charges may differ for domestic and international messages.
5. Opt-in method. You may opt in verbally during a conversation. For this assessment program, texting ordinarily begins when you send a message to a mystery shop number and we respond to that exchange. If a form offers an SMS consent checkbox, leaving it unchecked means you decline SMS messages.
6. Opt-out method. Reply STOP to any message to stop further texts, or email success@growyouroccupancy.com to request removal from texting. We may send one final, nonmarketing confirmation of an opt-out.
7. Help. Reply HELP for assistance or email success@growyouroccupancy.com.
8. Standard messaging disclosures. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance. This page contains both the Privacy Policy and SMS Terms and Conditions.

The website may link to third-party websites and services. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, not this one.
We may update this policy as our practices, providers, or legal obligations change. The revised policy will be posted here with an updated effective date. Material changes may be communicated through an additional notice when appropriate.
